From loose complaints to priorities: what to move first on matchdayDe quejas sueltas a prioridades: qué mover primero en el matchday

“Improve the fan experience” isn’t actionable if you don’t know which fan you mean or which lever actually moves satisfaction.

The contextEl contexto

Bàsquet Manresa wanted to truly understand its fans to design matchday. We went to the games, surveyed, and processed the data so decisions had a quantitative base.

The problemEl problema

Plenty of loose opinion —wifi, temperature, parking— and nothing saying where to invest first. The job: turn noise into a defensible priority list.

The approachEl enfoque

Qualitative (4 games observed, interviews) + quantitative: 221 surveys analyzed in SPSSK-means clustering, multiple regression validated with ANOVA, and per-space NPS. From there came the personas and the customer journey.

The clusters gave three clear segments, each with its archetype. They aren’t decoration: they define who you talk to and in what tone. Regression said what to fix; the personas, for whom.

The complaints said a lot and prioritized little. Regression was what said which levers were worth moving first.

It’s exactly how I prioritize today: the loudest complaint isn’t the highest-impact one. The model tells you where the same effort moves the needle most — and that’s where the resource goes.
